The policy of protection of Caetus d.o.o. can be altered at any time by publishing the revised text on the website www.caetus.hr. If the User disagrees with the User protection policy, we instruct the User to leave and not access or use the website www.caetus.hr. The modification of the User protection policy enters into force immediately after the announcement on the website. Continued use of the website www.caetus.hr by the User after modifications implies that the User confirms and accepts the altered general terms and conditions.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On the website www.caetus.hr and in other channels of communication with the market that are used by Caetus d.o.o. and its employees, the names of other subjects like HBOR (Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development), HAMAG-BICRO (Croatian Agency for SME’s, Innovation and Investments), ministries, funds, commercial banks, companies, business crafts, family farms and other persons are mentioned. With some of that subjects (Users) Caetus d.o.o. had/have/will have direct business cooperation and then the names of those subject are stated only with their consent. In some business relations Caetus d.o.o. participates as an intermediary between his User and third parties whose services the User has used/uses/intends to use. With those third parties, Caetus d.o.o. is not in a related relationship neither proprietary nor managerial, and by specifying the names of those subject in services and products that Caetus d.o.o. offers as well as in the communication to its market, there is no purpose for unauthorized use of the company name, misleading advertising or similar. Third party’s names with which Caetus d.o.o. is not in direct business or related relationship are stated only with the aim of a detailed description of services and products offered by Caetus d.o.o., as well as for more detailed clarification of services and products that third parties may offer to the User. According to these terms Caetus d.o.o. offers the preparation of Feasibility Studies, representation in front of banks and other financial institutions (third parties) and other written or verbally Business Consulting. Caetus d.o.o. undertakes not to disclose the information about the User to third parties, without its consent. Prices of Caetus d.o.o. services depend on the type of service required by the User and differ from project to project. On the basis of the User’s concrete inquiry and project value, Caetus d.o.o. estimates the offer. By accepting the offer, the User accepts the terms of payment of Caetus d.o.o. services and the general terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed, Caetus d.o.o. does not correspond financially or in any other way for decisions of third parties, with which it is not in a related connection. The deadlines of Caetus d.o.o. services deliveries depend on the type of services required by the User and differ from the project to the project. The delivery period of a particular service is calculated from the moment when User delivers and presents all necessary information and documents that Caetus d.o.o. asks of him, and make an advance-part payment of the total price of the service, unless the contracting subjects do not contract otherwise. In case of User’s payments delays, Caetus d.o.o. reserves the right to calculate the interests in accordance with the statutory provisions. Subsequent actions on studies at the request of the User and if they are necessary (corrections, adjustments etc.), Caetus d.o.o. will account with the current consulting schedule, unless otherwise agreed or if these actions are not due to default of Caetus d.o.o.. Before using Caetus d.o.o., the User is instructed to familiarise themselves with services and products of third parties he plans to use (HBOR/HAMAG-BICRO etc.), and in case of any uncertainties and questions, further consultation with Caetus d.o.o. is addressed. Caetus d.o.o. shall not bear the financial or any other liability in case of inaccurate information used for the purposes of providing its services, which are presented to it by the User of those services or any of its employees/associates. Caetus d.o.o. commits itself to the performance of its services in accordance with the profession rules and the attention of a good expert, for which it guarantees to its Users. Caetus d.o.o. does is not responsible for the speed/deadlines of processing the project documentation by third parties, nor does it is responsible for a sign of the decision on the approval of such (loan and other) requests (+/-). Projects and elaborates produced by Caetus d.o.o. (Business Plans, Feasibility Studies etc.) are the intellectual property of Caetus d.o.o. and without the direct permission of Caetus d.o.o., on them there are no possible corrections, adjustments, unauthorized copying and/or downloading of their contents. Delivery of ordered projects and elaborates to the User, as well as their direct submission to third party tenders (HBOR-A/HAMAG-BICRO etc.), it is possible only upon the closure of all outstanding User’s costs toward the Caetus d.o.o., unless otherwise is agreed (for example with the issuance of a valid payment insurance). The general terms and conditions of Caetus d.o.o. can be altered at any time by publishing the revised text on the website www.caetus.hr. If the User disagrees with the general terms of business, we instruct the User to leave and not access or use the website www.caetus.hr. Modification of the general terms and conditions shall enter into force immediately upon publication on the website www.caetus.hr. Continued use of the website www.caetus.hr by the User after modifications implies that the User confirms and accepts the altered general terms and conditions.
