A Marketing Plan is a derivation of a Business Plan, with an emphasis on product or service, price, promotion and distribution. The basis for drafting the Marketing Plan is a detailed market analysis (with an emphasis on the sales market).

Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)

In these studies, several alternatives are usually considered to achieve the Project objectives. One alternative is to continue without change, which provides a basis for comparison. Costs and Benefits are compared to make a decision on the future management of a Project.

This service covers a number of tasks and processes, generally with the aim of developing and implementing the growth opportunities of a company that hires us for this service. It relates to the field of Business theory, commerce and organizational structures. Business Development is about creating long-term value for a company, its employees, customers, suppliers, the market in which it operates and the relationships between all these elements.
